BrightReps is building a no-code tool helping Fortune 500 companies solve complex customer issues 10x faster. We empower non-technical managers to design & deploy interactive workflows directly to their team. These automations can take a 30 minute process down to 30 seconds. We are looking for a sales professional to join our team and help accelerate our product-led sales development.

As one of our early hires, you will play a key role in setting the direction of BrightReps’ product, company, and culture.

Job summary

We are hiring SDRs who have strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with a track record of building successful customer relationships in a transactional and relationship environment.Ideally, this candidate is excited about working for a start up as an SDR and is responsible for selling BrightReps products and services (via telephone, web, or email) to specified customer segments and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a merit-based environment and utilize your sales experience, while scaling your career.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving 30-50 inbound/outbound calls and emails daily with the goal of setting meetings with new prospects and/or upgrading existing customers' products and services
  • Maintain and build relationship while delivering a positive customer experience via the BrightReps sales model
  • Utilizes a strategic approach to identify, evaluate, and recommend business solutions considering customer needs and BrightReps interests
  • Engages cross-functional resources/ product specialist to meet individual client requirements
  • Work 1x1 with an Account Executive to strategize and execute new business opportunities

Preferred qualifications

(While role is remote, Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: CA, WA, ID, TX, NY)

  • 1+ years of general sales or customer service experience
  • Experience working with small businesses and developing strategies to scale services and support
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written skill
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Effectively use software packages such as MicrosoftWord, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Suite
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
